If you are married and now wish to seek a divorce, the procedure can be relatively straightforward without the need to attend a Court Hearing.

If you, or we on your behalf, can liaise with your spouse or their solicitor the procedure will run more smoothly and the Divorce itself could be completed within three months. In many cases it makes little or no difference who petitions for Divorce and/or on what grounds.

Separation Issues

Sometimes Divorce proceedings are not appropriate or you may not feel ready to take that step.

We recognise that our clients may not always wish to end their marriage but simply deal with issues that arise as a result of separation.
